-> WFC CSE Trust London to Amsterdam bike ride – I’m doing this on Friday and Saturday (then cycling back on my own Sunday and Monday)!
PS. I did a Cyclebeat spin class this morning and despite the last 8 weeks of boozing/partying/scoffing average food, I set a new personal best for average power across the 45 mins, so it’s good to know my fitness gained during the #SambaCycle is still there!
PPS. Could some of Brazil’s World Cup stadiums be converted for affordable housing?! Unlikely, but it will be interesting to see what happens with usage of all the stadiums.
PPPS. Tchau todos!
